The past sixteen years David has built and chaired the Big Bend Group of Vistage Florida. Coaching fifteen CEO’s and Presidents of companies in a wide variety of businesses, from basic printing to electromagnetically powered compressors, and ranging in size from annual revenues of $2MM to $160MM, has been the most professionally satisfying period of his career.
Starting with a membership of zero in a market that was described as impossible for this business, because of the preponderance of academic and state government operations, as opposed to private ventures which are the primary target for the Vistage leadership development, he built a Group of fifteen really good Members.
All the Members are now profitable, which was not the case when they joined Vistage, and all have survived the Covid menace - so far.
