3-Month Cohorts rotate throughout the year, allowing up to two team members to complete the program together.

Program Cost
After your application has been approved, you will be enrolled into the Gear Up Program. Typically spending an average of 6 months in our programs, participants will also be charged with a recurring monthly payment of $200, or a 20% discount on payments in full. Scholarships available for those who qualify.
