David White is a manager in the Tallahassee office of Carr, Riggs, & Ingram, LLC. He has 8 years of experience providing businesses and individuals with tax preparation and planning services.

Steven Hiraga worked as a credit analyst with a community bank for nearly 8 years. As an analyst he reviewed business and personal financial statements for the purpose of recommending approval or denial of loan requests. He also reviewed financial statements on an annual basis for existing relationships to monitor the borrower's ability to continue to service their debt. He now focuses on wealth management for a variety of clients.

Rene Bruer is a Certified Financial Planner, but his career began in the United States Marine Corps and continued with the Executive Office of Governor Florida as a policy and communications advisor. As a financial planner, he has served institutional clients, families, and individuals since 2007. He is part owner of Smith Bruer Advisors.
