Raymond Blacklidge is an experienced Executive Vice President with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. He is skilled in Legal Affairs, Trials, Appeals, Insurance Law, Corporate Law and Criminal Law, and has a strong legal professional with a Juris Doctor focused in Law from The John Marshall Law School.
