In addition to being an executive coach, Ann Geoghagan manages and operates Rooted, a consulting firm specializing in training, developing, coaching, and culture development for new and emerging brands. She built her career in hospitality working with brands around the world. Most recently she worked with MSC Cruises, globally in charge of Learning and Development, overseeing programs for over 40,000 employees across 17 ships. She is passionate about helping leaders articulate their desired future and workforce and organized structure through a cultural foundation.
